Program design is custom to your goals, and will help your changing body improve muscle imbalances and decrease pregnancy pain & dysfunctions such as Lumbo-Pelvic , Diastasis Recti, SIJ, Sciatica, Incontinence and Pelvic Organ Prolapse, to name a few.
You'll prepare for your best birthing experience and reclaim your body back with confidence and safety. Functional training will incorporate the 6 primal movement patterns with CBBP. We use Birth Labor Training ™ with mental imagery to calm contractions and open the cervix. Post Natal Program design will help you reclaim your pre-baby body by re-establishing core and muscular connection and balance with care, and provide an outlet for emotional release and deeper bonding.
