With over 15 years in wellness, fitness, and recovery, I create respectful, impactful sessions that fortify you through a creative blend of MELT Method (for deep relief and hydration), Yoga and Pilates flows, Neurostrength for precise core and spinal stability, breath work for mindful connection, contrast therapy, vibration, and sound to ignite healing and deep rest. Denise helped me find more relief with two hours of MELT than I could have reasonably hoped for.
To my shock, MELT isn’t like going to a Pilates class (you feel bad, you feel good, it atrophies): it’s like untangling knots in a ball of yarn. Once the tangle’s out, it seems to stay out. It’s not a perfect metaphor, yet I hope the essence comes through: this work builds.

Many thanks for solving a major hindrance to my training & overall health. I thought my issue was a core issue, but Denise solved that it was much more & that a guided integration could solve for the underlying issue of my pain.
She noticed my head would turn along with shoulders & hips...not much differentiation that is healthy for spinal stability and mobility. We did a MELT Performance Map guided as she says by my body to address restrictions.
Through testing we discovered my right glute muscle was overactive & the left was not firing
She solved this in minutes & will require me to continue with a collaborated effort with exercises prescribed for this success
The next day my obliques were sore not only because of Neurostrength, but because they are working properly for the first time in a long time
My posture feels more aligned and I can get more out of my workouts/outdoor activities

Melt class today was great as it is every time! Denise and Melt have changed my body and mind. As an active 65 year old, my body was really taking a toll from all of my exercising, and it was depressing. I work out with Denise both privately and take her classes in real time and on replay. I did not know what to expect from MELT. This class uses foam rollers and a squishy ball to loosen those tight spots on your body. Denise mentioned that our movements were sending hydration to the joints. Whatever it was, I left the class feeling light and flexible and ready to take on the day. I will be back.

I had to do the modifications you provided to keep this old body working, although always very tough for me, was easy for me to follow due to your verbal explanations and visual demo's.
