Focus: MELT Hand & Foot Intro Workshop
Learn the fundamental Hand and Foot treatments to begin a simple self care practice at home. You will need a large soft MELT ball and access to a laptop cameral for Zoom. MELTing your hands and feet daily will eliminate body aches , get you out of chronic pain and improve balance.
All levels welcome to relax & experience.

MELT Method bodywork uses soft balls and rollers to gently release tension and stress living in your tissues. We target and melt away stress to improve neck, shoulder, low back and hip health.
All levels are welcome to unwind , savor the moments into a state of relaxation for a restful and deep sleep.
