Thanks once again for a great class. I had to do the modifications you provided to keep this old body working (e.g. burpies) but the routine, although always very tough for me, was easy for me to follow due to your verbal explanations and visual demo's. Your combos of lunges, hops, dead lifts etc are so creative and butt-kicking. Very inspirational and aspirational. Debra K.

Wow. This private session was just as powerful as a studio session. I immediately felt relief from knee pain after the hour.. well after the foot treatment! I felt more empowered to find the moves myself with your verbal and visual cues. I'm so happy we can MELT on Zoom!
