Well for one, you are in the comfort of your own home and don't need to spend time traveling, while still enjoying the support and camaraderie from your darling MELT tribe with access to personalized coaching from Denise.
Group classes are offered on Zoom twice a week, with a 48 hour replay to provide flexibility for busy schedules and to support the healing process by encouraging participants to repeat the sequencing, review and practice moves in areas of their body calling for more attention. When we MELT more frequently, we reap the greatest benefits.
Private sessions are offered Tuesday - Friday, and on Sunday. 1:1 time is especially recommended for new MELTers, and anyone recovering from a specific injury, or needed personalized MAPing or attention.
It's highly recommended that you book 15 min complementary call with Denise to get advice on audio / visual set up so that you can get the most out of your sessions. You will need a laptop with a camera, or smart phone or tablet. Having access to screen mirroring onto your TV is an absolute plus.
A wellness technique using a soft roller and soft balls to relieve tension, muscle soreness, stiffness, joint stiffness and pain and brings your body back to balance. It's a physical, energetic and emotional release that ignites the healing process, generating positive vibes, continuity and well being.
Improve core strength, alignment, and balance by reintegrating hip and shoulder stability. You’ll improve joint range of motion and muscular timing with body weight and resistance based exercises to train the body to be efficient, strong and functional. It’s a restorative form of strength training that is slow, mindful and powerful.
